Article II. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS; SCHOOL BOARD; ELECTIONS  

Editor's note— Section 1 of an ordinance adopted Aug. 7, 2001, repealed Art. II of this chapter in its entirety, and section 2 of such ordinance added new provisions as Art. II. Former Art. II, §§ 2-41—2-44, 2-61—2-71, pertained to the board of supervisors and elections and derived from Ord. No. 081-3, §§ 1—3, adopted July 7, 1981; Ord. No. 081-4, §§ 1—3, 5, adopted Aug. 4, 1981; and ordinances adopted March 27, 1991; Feb. 21, 1995; July 18, 1995; and July 24, 2001, §§ 1, 2.  Subsequently, section 2 of Ord. No. 1716, adopted Jan. 5, 2016, changed the title of Art. II, from "Board of Supervisors; Elections" to read as herein set out.
